研究目的：

全球人体微生物研究如火如荼，但在烧创伤领域人们对皮肤微生物知之甚少。因此，本项目希望通过收集烧伤患者的样本，以鸟枪法测序对不同样本进行检测，分析其微生物种类及丰度，以期发现烧伤（强应激状态下）全身微生物的变化规律，探寻皮肤屏障重建、瘢痕形成过程中微生物的相互作用及微生物群与机体病情变化的相互关系，明确创面损伤修复的病理生理学和分子病理学全过程。  

Objectives of Study：

Global research on human microbiota is in full swing, but there is still a lack of knowledge about skin microbiota in the field of burns and trauma. Therefore, this project aims to collect samples from burn patients and use shotgun sequencing to detect different samples, analyzing the types and abundances of their microbiota. The goal is to discover the patterns of changes in the body's microbiota under severe stress conditions such as burns, explore the interactions of microbiota during the process of skin barrier reconstruction and scar formation, and investigate the relationship between the microbiota and the changes in the patient's condition. This will help clarify the entire process of pathophysiology and molecular pathology in wound repair.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有基础疾病如糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进的患者。
2.患有严重的未控制的慢性肝、肾、心脏、血液系统、内分泌及肺部疾病或先天性疾病。
3.患有自身免疫性疾病或免疫缺陷性疾病，免疫功能低下患者（如正在接受大剂量免疫抑制剂治疗患者）。
4.合并有其他皮肤病（如：皮炎、牛皮癣）的患者。
5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。
6.病程不符合（创面存在及治疗时间不足1周）。
7.无法遵循研究方案：包括认知障碍或其他精神疾病，无法理解或配合研究程序的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with underlying diseases such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism;
2.Patients with severe uncontrolled chronic liver, kidney, heart, blood system, endocrine and pulmonary diseases or congenital diseases;
3.Patients with autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency diseases and those with low immune function (such as those receiving high-dose immunosuppressants);
4.Patients with other skin diseases (such as dermatitis and psoriasis);
5.Pregnant or lactating women;
6.Patients whose disease course does not meet the requirements (wound exists and treatment time is less than one week);
7.Patients who cannot follow the research protocol: including those with cognitive impairment or other mental disorders and those who cannot understand or cooperate with the research procedures.
