Objectives of Study:

To clarify the effect of rTMS combined with MI-BCI training on neural remodeling of motor dysfunction after stroke.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

① 严重认知功能障碍或精神疾患等原因导致无法理解指令,且无法配合; ② 有癫痫病史; ③ 患有其他影响功能恢复的肌肉骨骼和神经系统疾病; ④ 有恶性肿瘤、严重心、肝、肺、肾功能不全及内分泌、造血、免疫系统等严重原发性疾病; ⑤ 既往有上肢骨折、严重关节炎、关节置换术等影响上肢功能。

Exclusion criteria:

1 Inability to understand and cooperate with instructions due to severe cognitive impairment or mental disorder; 2 History of epilepsy; 3 other musculoskeletal or neurological disorders affecting functional recovery; 4 malignant tumors, severe heart, liver, lung, kidney dysfunction, endocrine, hematopoietic, immune system and other serious primary diseases; 5 Previous upper limb fractures, severe arthritis, and joint replacement surgery affected upper limb function.

随机数字表法。 在此研究中,由研究者事先分别从1到30为每位脑卒中患者依次进行编号,确保每位患者有且只有一个编号;使用EXCEL为每位患者生成各自的随机数,将患者的各自随机数从小到大进行排序号(随机数相同的按照患者编号顺序进行排序);规定序号1~10的患者分配至S1+MI-BCI组,序号11~20的患者分配至M1+MI-BCI组,序号21~30的患者分配至假刺激+MI-BCI组。再从31-60为每位健康受试者依次进行编号,确保每位受试者有且只有一个编号;使用EXCEL为每位受试者生成各自的随机数,将受试者的各自随机数从小到大进行排序号(随机数相同的按照患者编号顺序进行排序);规定序号31~40的患者分配至S1+MI-BCI组,序号41~50的患者分配至M1+MI-BCI组,序号51~60的患者分配至假刺激+MI-BCI组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Random number table method. In this study, the researchers numbered each stroke patient from 1 to 30 in order to ensure that each patient had one and only one number. EXCEL was used to generate their own random numbers for each patient, and the patient's random numbers were sorted from small to large (the same random numbers were sorted according to the patient number order). Patients with specified serial numbers 1 to 10 were assigned to the S1+MI-BCI group, patients with serial numbers 11 to 20 were assigned to the M1+MI-BCI group, and patients with serial numbers 21 to 30 were assigned to the sham-stimulation +MI-BCI group. Then each healthy subject was numbered from 31 to 60 to ensure that each subject had one and only one number. EXCEL was used to generate their own random numbers for each subject, and the subjects' respective random numbers were sorted from small to large (the same random numbers were sorted according to the patient number order). Patients with specified serial numbers 31 to 40 were assigned to the S1+MI-BCI group, patients with specified serial numbers 41 to 50 were assigned to the M1+MI-BCI group, and patients with specified serial numbers 51 to 60 were assigned to the sham-stimulation +MI-BCI group.
