寻找中国儿童朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症临床特征及复发进展的高危因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Identification of Clinical Characteristics and High-Risk Factors for Recurrence and Progression in Chinese Children with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.LCH的诊断没有通过活检证实，如具有典型的病理和阳性CD1a和/或Langerin染色。 2.在LCH初次诊断后没有在我们医院接受治疗，或不遵医嘱规范治疗的患者。 3.失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The diagnosis of LCH was not confirmed by biopsy, such as having typical pathological findings and positive CD1a and/or Langerin staining. 2.Patients who did not receive treatment at our hospital after the initial diagnosis of LCH, or who did not follow medical advice for standardized treatment. 3.Patients who were lost to follow-up.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采用统一录入EXCEL表格，收集完毕后汇总管理，数据被输入到一个安全的基于网络的研究数据库，只有研究团队的成员才能访问。数据将以不可识别的方式存储，所有参与者都是匿名的。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were uniformly entered into an Excel spreadsheet, and after collection, they were summarized and managed. The data were then entered into a secure, web-based research database accessible only by members of the research team. Data were stored in a de-identified manner, and all participants remained anonymous.
