Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the efficacy of 532 nm KTP laser and 595 nm pulsed dye laser in the treatment of malar telangiectasia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）合并面部其它症状的不符合纳入标准者； 2）具有皮肤癌（黑色素瘤）等病史的患者； 3）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 4）光敏性疾病如慢性光化性皮炎、多形性日光疹、光敏性癫痫患者； 5）一个月内曾接受过面部激光、强脉冲光、射频、聚焦超声等光电治疗或肉毒毒素微滴注射治疗； 6）使用维甲酸药物者（近 6 个月）； 7）有其他严重的器质性病变或者系统性疾病患者； 8）不愿意签署知情同意书的患者,不愿合作者； 9）有心理及精神疾病史,近期有酗酒史或药物滥用史者； 10）其它经研究者判断认为不适合接受 532nm KTP 激光或 595nm 脉冲染料激光的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those with other facial symptoms who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2) Patients with a history of skin cancer (melanoma), etc.; 3) pregnant or lactating women; 4) Patients with photosensitive diseases such as chronic actinic dermatitis, polymorphic light eruption, and photosensitive epilepsy; 5) Have received facial laser, intense pulsed light, radiofrequency, focused ultrasound and other photoelectric therapy or botulinum toxin droplet injection treatment within one month; 6) Those who have used tretinoin (in the past 6 months); 7) Patients with other serious organic lesions or systemic diseases; 8) Patients who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form, unwilling to cooperate; 9) Those with a history of psychological and psychiatric illness, recent history of alcoholism or drug abuse; 10) Other conditions that are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for receiving 532nm KTP laser or 595nm pulsed dye laser.
