研究目的：

1.观察rTMS作用SCI患者症状情况，比如疼痛、运动功能等情况 2.利用fMRI观察rTMS作用前后SCI患者大脑功能连接变化，进一步分析疼痛、运动等大脑功能区域之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe the symptomatic situation of SCI patients with rTMS action, such as pain and motor function, etc. 2. Observe the changes of brain functional connectivity in SCI patients before and after rTMS action using fMRI, and further analyze the relationship between brain functional areas such as pain and motor function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①并发有其他神经损伤，如颅脑损伤、周围神经损伤；②伴有心、脑、肾等重要器官损伤的患者；③生命体征不稳定的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.complicated with other nerve injuries, such as craniocerebral injuries and peripheral nerve injuries; 2.companied by heart, brain, kidney and other vital organ injuries; 3.vital signs unstable patients
