研究目的：

研究不同近视程度的患者眼底结构参数与血流参数之间的差异性、在明视与中间视两种视觉条件下对比敏感度之间的差异性，以及对比敏感度与眼底结构参数、血流参数之间是否具有相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study examines differences in ocular fundus structural and hemodynamic parameters among patients with varying degrees of myopia. It also assesses contrast sensitivity differences under photopic and mesopic conditions, and investigates correlations between contrast sensitivity and the ocular fundus structural and hemodynamic parameters.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： （1）3 个月内有除人工泪液以外的持续全身或者眼局部用药史，存在影响眼部稳态的全身疾患。 （2）患有圆锥角膜、角膜瘢痕、角膜营养不良、结膜炎、睑缘炎、高度近视并发症（如视网膜劈裂、脉络膜新生血管等）等影响视功能的眼部病变；等影响视功能的眼部病变。 （3）既往有眼部外伤史、手术史。 （4）不能良好地配合完成所有检查项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of continuous systemic or local ocular medication other than artificial tears within 3 months; systemic diseases affecting ocular homeostasis. (2) Ocular lesions affecting visual function, such as keratoconus, corneal scar, corneal dystrophy, conjunctivitis, blepharitis, and complications of high myopia (e.g., retinoschisis, choroidal neovascularization). (3) Previous ocular trauma or surgery. (4) Inability to complete all examinations.
