通过前瞻性的大样本队列探索铁代谢生物学标志物在抗结核药物性肝损伤中的相关性，并筛选出可靠指标构建重症化预警模型，评估预测效能  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the relevance of biological markers of iron metabolism in antituberculosis drug-induced liver injury through a prospective large sample cohort and screening for reliable indicators to construct an early warning model of remodelling

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.恶性肿瘤或重大合并症；
2.对研究药物及同类药物有过敏史或有明确禁忌症者；
3.正在服用避孕药或有可能妊娠的妇女；
4.妊娠期和哺乳期的妇女；
5.正在参加其它临床研究者；
6.样本质量异常（如严重乳糜血、严重溶血、出现凝块等）的样本；
7.反复冻融的标本。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Malignancy or significant comorbidities;
2.Those who have a history of allergy to the study drug and similar drugs or have clear contraindications;
3.Women who are taking contraceptive pills or who may become pregnant;
4.Pregnant and lactating women;
5.Those who are participating in other clinical studies;
6.Samples with abnormal sample quality (e.g., severe chylemia, severe hemolysis, clots, etc.);
7.Specimens that have been frozen and thawed repeatedly;
