研究目的：

本课题拟探究CCRT对于PSCI的疗效，通过LOTCA、改良Barthel指数、RBANS来评估其疗效，并在此基础上，利用功能性近红外光谱技术（functional near-infrared spectroscopy, fNIRS），通过持续作业测验(Continuous Performance Test, CPT)任务，初步探讨CCRT干预PSCI的神经机制。探索为PSCI患者提供一种有效的本土化计算机辅助认知康复手段。  

Objectives of Study：

This research project aims to investigate the therapeutic effect of CCRT on PSCI. The efficacy will be evaluated through LOTCA, modified Barthel Index, and RBANS. Based on these evaluations, functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) will be utilized to conduct a preliminary exploration of the neural mechanism of CCRT intervention on PSCI through the Continuous Performance Test (CPT) task. The objective is to explore an effective and localized computer-assisted cognitive rehabilitation method for PSCI patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其它精神疾病及严重神经系统疾病； 2. 脑卒中前或其他原因所致的认知障碍； 3. 合并其它严重的心、肺 、肾功能不全，严重的肝功能和恶性肿瘤等； 4. 严重视力、听力及语言障碍，妨碍认知评定； 5. 不能配合检查以及康复训练； 6. 患者或其家属拒绝签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1. with other mental diseases and severe nervous system diseases; 2. Cognitive impairment before stroke or due to other causes; 3. Complicated with other serious heart, lung, renal insufficiency, serious liver function and malignant tumor; 4. Severe visual, hearing and language impairment, which interferes with cognitive assessments; 5. can not cooperate with assessment and rehabilitation training; 6. Patients or their family members refuse to sign informed consent;
