研究目的：

（1）通过对比磷丙泊酚二钠和丙泊酚在老年全麻手术患者中的麻醉反应、免疫功能及术后恢复质量，探讨对磷丙泊酚二钠在老年全麻患者中的临床价值； （2）为老年患者提供更加个体化的麻醉方案，推动个体化医疗的进程，为未来麻醉药物的选择和管理提供重要的理论依据.  

Objectives of Study：

(1) By comparing the anesthetic responses, immune function, and postoperative recovery quality between fospropofol disodium and propofol in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery, this study aims to explore the clinical value of fospropofol disodium in elderly general anesthesia patients. (2) The goal is to provide personalized anesthesia protocols for elderly patients, advance the progress of personalized medicine, and offer a theoretical foundation for future selection and management of anesthetic agents.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）对磷丙泊酚或磷丙泊酚二钠过敏者； （2）存在严重肝肾功能不全或其他影响麻醉药物代谢的疾病者； （3）近期使用过其他麻醉药物或免疫调节药物者； （4）沟通障碍，无精神、神经病史；无长期服用镇 静类药物史； （5）怀疑或确有酒精或药物滥用病史的患者； （6）对本药物各种成分过敏； （7）有心肺疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a known allergy to fospropofol or fospropofol disodium. (2) Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency or other conditions that may affect the metabolism of anesthetic agents. (3) Patients who have recently used other anesthetic drugs or immunomodulatory agents. (4) Patients with communication barriers, no history of psychiatric or neurological disorders, and no long-term use of sedative medications. (5) Patients with suspected or confirmed history of alcohol or drug abuse. (6) Patients with allergies to any components of the study drug. (7) Patients with cardiopulmonary diseases.
