研究目的：

采用高通量全基因组表达谱芯片比较健康人群、肺小结节良性病变以及微小结节肺癌患者的外周血基因表达谱，筛选出外周血中微小结节肺癌的特征性侯选基因标志物组合；对筛选出的基因标志物进行生物校验，确定外周血中的肺癌早期基因标志物，通过构建肺小结节恶性风险预测模型，开发基于实时荧光定量PCR方法的肺癌检测试剂盒并与现有肺结节诊断模型进行对照研究。

Objectives of Study：

High-throughput whole-genome expression profiling chips were used to compare the peripheral blood gene expression profiles of healthy individuals, benign lung nodules, and patients with micro-nodular lung cancer, to screen out a combination of characteristic candidate gene markers for micro-nodular lung cancer in peripheral blood. The selected gene markers were biologically verified to determine the early lung cancer gene markers in peripheral blood. By constructing a risk prediction model for malignant lung nodules, a lung cancer detection kit based on real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was developed and compared with existing lung nodule diagnosis models.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.多发结节；2.结节为非肺来源转移性肿瘤；3．存在脑转移的患者；4.接受过手术切除或其他任何抗癌治疗的参与者；5.怀孕或哺乳期妇女；6．精神疾病或依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple nodules; 2. The nodule is a non lung derived metastatic tumor; 3. Patients with brain metastases; 4. Participants who have undergone surgical resection or any other anti-cancer treatment; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with mental illness or poor compliance.
