研究目的：

本项目对于探究数字叙事在青少年漏斗胸患者心理干预中的应用具有重要作用，为改善该群体的负性情绪和生活质量奠定了基础。漏斗胸不仅影响青少年的生理健康，更对其心理状态产生深远影响。本研究通过在广东省某三级甲医院胸壁外科研究所开展，旨在为临床心理干预提供新的思路。通过开发数字叙事干预方案，本项目预计将： 1. 建立一个全面的患者情绪和生活质量数据库，为后续研究提供宝贵的数据资源。 2. 证实数字叙事在缓解青少年漏斗胸患者负性情绪和提升生活质量方面的有效性，为心理干预实践提供科学依据。 3. 形成一套系统的数字叙事干预模式，为未来相关临床指南的制定和心理健康政策的完善提供重要参考。 本项目的实施不仅有助于提高青少年漏斗胸患者的心理健康水平，也为心理干预领域的研究和发展提供了新的视角和思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This project plays a crucial role in exploring the application of digital storytelling in psychological interventions for adolescents with pectus excavatum, laying a foundation for improving their negative emotions and quality of life. Pectus excavatum not only affects adolescents' physical health but also profoundly impacts their psychological well-being. This study, conducted at a thoracic wall surgery institute in a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou, aims to provide new approaches for clinical psychological interventions. By developing a digital storytelling intervention program, this project is expected to: 1. Establish a comprehensive database of patients' emotions and quality of life, providing valuable data resources for future research. 2. Demonstrate the effectiveness of digital storytelling in alleviating negative emotions and improving the quality of life of adolescents with pectus excavatum, thereby providing scientific evidence for psychological intervention practices. 3. Develop a systematic digital storytelling intervention model, offering important references for formulating future clinical guidelines and improving mental health policies. The implementation of this project will not only contribute to enhancing the psychological well-being of adolescents with pectus excavatum but also offer new perspectives and ideas for research and development in the field of psychological interventions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.重症患者，存在以下情况一种或以上：术后需呼吸机辅助呼吸；围术期出血较多，需要输血；营养状况差，需要肠外营养超过3天；1周后仍无法下地活动。 2.由于各种原因，不能配合完成问卷的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe patients with one or more of the following conditions: postoperative need for ventilator assisted breathing; There is a significant amount of bleeding during the perioperative period, requiring blood transfusion; Poor nutritional status, requiring parenteral nutrition for more than 3 days; After one week, I still cannot move underground. 2. Due to various reasons, patients who are unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用电子问卷并指导患者独立填写，包括一般个人资料调查表、SCARED、DSRSC、FIS、PEEQ等，对于收集故事资料则采用面对面、微信视频电话等不同方式，均按干预方案进行资料收集。无法独立完成者，则由课题组成员以问答方式辅助完成；远程网络平台干预的患者，则由患者口述，课题组成员如实代为填写。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

We use electronic questionnaires and guide patients to independently fill them out, including general personal information survey forms, SCARED, DSRSC, FIS, PEEQ, etc. For collecting story data, we use different methods such as face-to-face, WeChat video calls, etc., all of which are collected according to the intervention plan. Those who are unable to complete independently will be assisted by members of the research team through question and answer; For patients who receive remote network platform intervention, the patient will provide oral testimony and the research team members will truthfully fill it out on their behalf.
