探讨超声引导下不同深度竖脊肌平面阻滞联合艾司氯胺酮在经皮椎体成形术中的应用效果, 为临床提供更为优化的镇痛方案  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application effect of ultrasound-guided different-depth erector spinae plane block combined with esketamine in percutaneous vertebroplasty, and to provide a more optimized analgesic plan for clinical practice

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术前合并肿瘤、穿刺部位感染、严重血液系统疾病或凝血功能异常；重要脏器功能异常；近半个月服用过阿片类药物；有精神疾病，局麻药物过敏史，有周围神经性疾病，无法正常沟通交流，认知功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative conditions included concurrent tumors, infection at the puncture site, severe hematological diseases or abnormal coagulation function; abnormal functions of important organs; taking opioid drugs within the last half month; having mental disorders, history of allergy to local anesthetic drugs, peripheral neuropathy, inability to communicate normally, cognitive dysfunction.
