研究目的：

根据临床调查研究出围术期患者睡眠障碍发生率及相关危险因素，提高围术期睡眠障碍的识别能力，对具有高危因素的患者应尽早采用预防措施，从而减少术后相关并发症的发生，加速患者康复进程，并缩短住院时间。  

Objectives of Study：

According to the clinical investigation, the incidence of sleep disorders and related risk factors in perioperative patients should be investigated, the identification ability of perioperative sleep disorders should be improved, and preventive measures should be taken as soon as possible for patients with high-risk factors, so as to reduce the occurrence of postoperative related complications, accelerate the recovery process of patients, and shorten the length of hospital stay.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）近期内使用过影响睡眠的药物或接受过其他睡眠治疗者； （2）有听觉、语言交流障碍或精神疾病，不能与医师有效沟通者； （3）不能坚持完成本研究规定的调查问卷评估；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have recently used drugs that affect sleep or received other sleep treatments; (2) Those who have auditory, verbal communication disorders or mental illnesses and are unable to communicate effectively with physicians; (3) Inability to consistently complete the questionnaire assessment specified in this study.
