研究目的：

1.1对住院老年HIV/AIDS患者进行横断面调查，探究其衰弱的发生状况，以TOUS理论为基础分析住院老年HIV/AIDS患者衰弱的危险因素。 1.2构建基于Logistic回归、随机森林和支持向量机3种不同方法的住院老年HIV/AIDS患者衰弱风险预测模型，并通过混淆矩阵和受试者工作区线下面积等评估指标筛选出最优模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1.1 Conduct a cross-sectional survey on hospitalized elderly HIV/AIDS patients to explore the occurrence of frailty, and analyze the risk factors for frailty in hospitalized elderly HIV/AIDS patients based on TOUS theory. 1.2 Construct a frailty risk prediction model for hospitalized elderly HIV/AIDS patients based on three different methods: logistic regression, random forest, and support vector machine, and select the optimal model through evaluation indicators such as confusion matrix and offline area of subject workspace.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重语言交流障碍、听力障碍或视力障碍等妨碍正常评估的躯体功能缺陷。 2.偏瘫患者。 3.患有严重的精神疾病，包括创伤后应激障碍、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are physical functional impairments such as severe language communication barriers, hearing impairments, or visual impairments that hinder normal assessment. 2. Hemiplegic patients. 3. Suffering from serious mental illnesses, including post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other illnesses.
