研究目的：

本项目拟通过开展自身前后对照试验与随机对照试验临床研究，探索传统保健功法六字诀对COPD患者呼吸肌功能的改善作用，验证六字诀功法是否能通过提升COPD患者的呼吸肌功能以达到提升肺功能的临床康复目标，从传统功法作用于人体主要呼吸肌功能的角度验证六字诀功法处方提升COPD呼吸功能的有效性与安全性。

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to explore the improvement effect of traditional health exercise six-character formula on respiratory muscle function of COPD patients by carrying out its own before and after controlled trial and randomized controlled trial clinical study, and verify whether six-character formula can achieve the clinical rehabilitation goal of improving lung function by improving respiratory muscle function of COPD patients. From the perspective of traditional exercise on the main respiratory muscle function of the human body to verify the effectiveness and safety of six-character exercise prescription to improve COPD respiratory function.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄在 40 岁以下和 80 岁以上的患者； 2.确诊为 COPD 疾患，但是患者处于急性加重期需要接受入院治疗或针对性药物治疗； 3.COPD 合并有哮喘、肺部感染、肺结核、支气管扩张、肺癌等呼吸系统其他疾病且不适合进行康复锻炼的患者； 4.COPD 合并有严重的心、脑、血管、肝、肾、消化、内分泌、神经等其他系统的重大疾病患者； 5.具有精神或意识不清的障碍，导致患者不能配合治疗和评估； 6. 同时参与其他临床干预类或药物类试验的受试者； 7.具有肌肉骨骼疾病或开放性损伤的、不适合进行四肢肌力评估的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients under 40 years old and over 80 years old; 2. Diagnosed with COPD disease, but the patient is in the acute exacerbation stage and needs to be hospitalized or targeted drug treatment; 3. Patients with COPD combined with asthma, lung infection, tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, lung cancer and other respiratory diseases who are not suitable for rehabilitation exercise; 4. Patients with COPD combined with serious major diseases of the heart, brain, blood vessels, liver, kidney, digestion, endocrine, nerves and other systems; 5. Have mental or unconscious disorders, causing the patient to be unable to cooperate with treatment and evaluation; 6. Subjects who are participating in other clinical intervention or drug trials at the same time; 7. Patients with musculoskeletal diseases or open injuries who are not suitable for limb muscle strength assessment

研究采用平行设计的随机对照试验和评估者盲法以判断六字诀对COPD患者呼吸肌功能的干预效果。符合纳入标准的患者在基本资料收集之后，进行随机分组。具体做法为采用电脑产生的随机数字表以1: 1的比例将受试者随机分为对照组(CG:接受常规西医治疗，不进行任何功法干预)和六字诀组(LG:在接受常规西医治疗的同时进行3个月的六字诀运动处方干预)。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The study adopted parallel design randomized controlled trials and evaluator blinding to determine the intervention effect of the six-character formula on respiratory muscle function in patients with COPD. Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly grouped after the collection of basic information. The specific approach was to randomly divide the subjects into the control group (CG: receiving conventional Western medical treatment without any intervention in exercise methods) and the Six-character formula group (LG: receiving conventional Western medical treatment along with a 3-month intervention in the Six-character Formula exercise prescription) at a ratio of 1: 1 using a random number table generated by the computer. The random numbers were placed in opaque envelopes by independent personnel who were not involved in this experiment to achieve allocation concealment.
