研究目的：

（1）了解VLU患者自我管理行为现况及影响因素； （2）构建下肢静脉溃疡患者的自我管理方案； （3）验证基于ITHBC理论的自我管理方案的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To understand the status quo and influencing factors of self-management behavior of VLU patients; (2) Establish a self-management plan for patients with venous ulcers of lower limbs; (3) Verify the effectiveness of self-management scheme based on ITHBC theory.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.全身重要脏器功能衰竭(如肝、肺、肾功能严重损害)或恶性肿瘤的患者； 2.创面合并癌变、合并深静脉血栓、糖尿病患者； 3.严重认知功能障碍、精神病史，心理干预史患者； 4.患者依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with systemic important organ failure (such as liver, lung, kidney function serious damage) or malignant tumors; 2. Patients with wound complicated with cancer, deep vein thrombosis and diabetes; 3. Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction, psychiatric history, and history of psychological intervention; 4. Poor patient compliance.
