研究目的：

2型糖尿病患者发生严重不良并发症以及口服降糖治疗存在广泛的个体差异，我们拟通过该研究发现引起这些个体化差异的遗传变异，并探讨其可能的发生机制。  

Objectives of Study：

There exist a wide range of individual differences of serious adverse complications and oral hypoglycemic therapy responses in patients with type 2 diabetes. We intend to discover the genetic variation that causes these individualized differences and explore its possible mechanisms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.1型糖尿病患者或其他类型糖尿病患者
2.存在非糖尿病引起的严重心脑血管疾病，肝肾疾病患者
3.失访患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with type 1 diabetes or other types of diabetes;
2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by non-diabetes, patients with liver and kidney disease;
3. Loss of patients.
