研究目的：

对指导终末期肝病合理进食，改善患者的临床结局，包括降低并发症发生率，减少住院时间及频次等，减轻患者经济负担和生活负担，使患者受益。

Objectives of Study：

To guide the rational eating of end-stage liver disease, improve the clinical outcome of patients, including reducing the incidence of complications, reducing the length and frequency of hospitalization, reduce the economic burden and living burden of patients, and benefit patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重肾脏疾病的患者； 2.近3个月有服用营养品者； 3.不能按照ESLDR APP执行者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe renal disease; 2. Those who have taken nutritional products in the past 3 months; 3. Those who cannot perform according to the ESLDR APP.
