研究目的：

本研究拟进一步明确产后盆腔肌筋膜疼痛的产科因素，并首次基于这些明确后的产科因素，尝试构建能够预测产后盆腔肌筋膜疼痛的预测模型并验证其预测效能。本研究成果能够为产后盆腔肌筋膜疼痛的早期预警提供可靠工具，进而有助于对产妇实施早期盆腔肌筋膜疼痛的预防与治疗措施，进而有利于改善产妇的预后和生活治疗，具有重要的研究意义。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to further elucidate the obstetric factors contributing to postpartum MFPP (Maternal-Fetal/Perinatal Pathology) and, for the first time, construct and validate a predictive model based on these identified factors to assess its predictive performance. The findings of this research will provide a reliable tool for the early warning of postpartum MFPP, thereby facilitating the implementation of preventive and therapeutic interventions at an earlier stage. This advancement is expected to significantly improve maternal prognosis and quality of life, underscoring the critical scientific significance of this investigation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.泌尿、生殖系统急性感染或结石等器质性疾病的产妇； 2.既往骨盆外伤史、盆腔手术史、盆腔肿瘤的产妇； 3.合并中枢神经系统疾病及坐骨神经痛等神经系统病史的产妇； 4.合并精神疾病或认知功能障碍，无法配合研究的产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women with acute infections or stones in the urinary and reproductive systems, or other organic diseases; 2. Pregnant women with a history of pelvic trauma, pelvic surgery, or pelvic tumors; 3. Pregnant women with a history of central nervous system diseases and sciatic nerve pain, etc. related to neurological disorders; 4. Pregnant women with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction and unable to cooperate with the study.
