研究目的：

本研究拟基于现有的IMU技术，采集老人的肢体反应数据，探索量化老人平衡能力、建立老人跌倒风险量化评估的方法，制定老年跌倒风险精准化评估方案，作为IMU评估老年跌倒风险的应用规范，指导IMU技术在跌倒风险评估中的应用。

Objectives of Study：

Our research will use the IMU technique to collect the data of limbs movement and reaction. We will explore the method of quantifying the balance and risk of falls of elders. We will make a proposal of precise evaluation of fall-risk of elders which will be a standard for the application of IMU technique.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在肢体偏瘫的患者
2.有严重心肺等系统疾病，不能耐受评估过程的患者
3.有精神疾病等、预期会导致依从性不良的患者
4.过去一年中，任何一侧下肢接受过手术的患者
5.正参加其他跌倒相关的临床试验的患者
6.患者拒绝参加本研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hemiplegia;
2. Patients that with severe heart or respiratory disease, or cannot tolerate the research;
3. Patients with mental diseases, or estimated to have poor compliance;
4. Patients that have had operation on lower limbs in the past 1 year;
5. Patients that are in other clinical tests related to falls;
6.Patients that refuse to participate in the research.

盲法：	本研究因为量表与基于IMU技术的精准化评估方法外观上有明显差异，所以对于受试者无法做到盲法。但是量表评估和精准化评估是由两名研究者在互不交流的情况下进行评估，数据分析人员也是在不知道数据来源的情况下进行数据分析。
Blinding：	Our research cannot blind the participants because the obvious appearance differences between the scales and the precise evaluation with IMU technique. But we will blind the observers and the data-analysts.
