研究目的：

本研究以慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者及其照顾者为研究对象，调查二者对疾病评价的一致性现状并分析其影响因素。为提高COPD及其照护者二元评价一致性，优化二元体管理行为，改善二元体健康提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their caregivers were selected as the research objects to investigate the consistency of disease evaluation between them and analyze its influencing factors. To provide a basis for improving the consistency of binary evaluation of COPD and their caregivers, optimizing dyadic management behavior, and improving dyadic health.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者排除标准：1 个月内存在疾病恶化或过去 1 年内出现其他疾病加重疾病（如肿瘤、心肌梗死等）；无阅读能力。 2.照护者排除标准：患有严重精神或躯体障碍及无阅读能力者；认知障碍；与患者分居 1 年以上。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient exclusion criteria: worsening of disease within 1 month or aggravation of other diseases (such as tumors, myocardial infarction, etc.) within the past 1 year; No ability to read. 2. Exclusion criteria for caregivers: those with severe mental or physical disabilities and those who are unable to read; cognitive impairment; Separation from the patient for more than 1 year.
