研究目的：

评估全膝关节置换术的长期效果，探索不同患者群体的术后预后，包括疼痛缓解、功能恢复、活动水平和生活质量的变化。识别影响术后恢复的关键因素，如患者的年龄、性别、体重、合并症以及手术方式、假体选择等，进而优化手术方案和康复方案，提高手术效果和患者的长期预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the long-term outcomes of total knee replacement surgery, this study aims to explore the postoperative prognosis across different patient groups, encompassing pain relief, functional recovery, activity levels, and changes in quality of life. It seeks to identify key factors influencing postoperative recovery, such as patient age, gender, weight, comorbidities, as well as surgical techniques and prosthesis selection. The ultimate goal is to optimize surgical and rehabilitation protocols, thereby enhancing surgical outcomes and improving the long-term prognosis for patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)存在严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全者； (2)存在精神疾病或无法配合随访者； (3)既往有膝关节感染或肿瘤病史者； (4)研究者认为不适于参加本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 2. Presence of psychiatric disorders or inability to cooperate with follow-up; 3. History of knee joint infection or tumor; 4. Other conditions deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for participation in this study.
