Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the differences of the searching time, the surgical time between the Computer-assisted technique and the conventional technique for surgical extraction of supernumerary teeth .

1）存在口腔手术禁忌征 2)全身健康状况差 3）口腔卫生状况差

Exclusion criteria：

1. had contraindications for oral surgery;
2. poor health condition;
3. poor oral hygiene
