研究目的：

本研究旨在通过研究本机构的前列腺病变患者常规和功能MR影像资料，包括T2WI，常规DWI，时间依赖性DWI，多b值多模型DWI，CEST等序列，以病理作为金标准，利用影像处理软件对影像学特征、肿瘤周围组织特征及淋巴结特征进行定性和定量分析，实现良恶性鉴别、病理特征预测、预后评估，以期更好地进行前列腺病变患者的准确诊断、临床决策和预后评估。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to study the routine and functional MR imaging data of patients with prostate lesions in our institution, including T2WI, conventional DWI, time-dependent DWI, multi-b value and multi-model DWI, CEST and other sequences, and to use image processing software to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the imaging features, surrounding tissue characteristics and lymph node characteristics of patients with prostate lesions, so as to better diagnose patients with prostate lesions. Clinical decision-making and prognostic assessment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者安装心脏起搏器，材料不明者，体内有金属植入物，带神经刺激器者及幽闭恐惧症等；
2.患者检查前行穿刺、局部消融、前列腺增生手术，或已行内分泌治疗、化 疗、放疗等抗肿瘤治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with pacemakers, unknown materials, metal implants in the body, neurostimulators, and claustrophobia;
2.Patients who underwent biopsy, local ablation, prostate surgery, or endocrine therapy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other anti-tumor treatments before examination;
