研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨超觉静坐训练（Transcendental Meditation, TM）对脑卒中患者心理症状群（如焦虑、抑郁、失眠、应激反应等）的影响，评估其在改善患者心理健康状态、提高生活质量及促进康复中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effect of Transcendental Meditation (TM) on the psychological symptoms of stroke patients (such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress response, etc.) and to evaluate its application value in improving patients' mental health, improving their quality of life and promoting rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重并发症（如心力衰竭、恶性肿瘤、呼吸衰竭等）； 2.患有痴呆、精神病、听力障碍等； 3.服用精神类药物或1个月内产生药物依赖。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other serious complications (such as heart failure, malignant tumors, respiratory failure, etc.); 2. Suffering from dementia, mental illness, hearing impairment, etc.; 3. Taking psychotropic drugs or developing drug dependence within 1 month.

干预组患者入院后在对照组患者护理的基础上，安排合适的床位。第二天由经过专业培训的护士对患者进行全面个体化评估，旨在了解患者的健康状况、脑卒中的影响、康复需求以及心理症状的类型和严重程度。然后根据评估结果，制定个性化超觉静坐训练计划。

Intervention：

After admission, the patients in the Intervention Group were arranged in suitable beds on the basis of the care of the patients in the control group. On the second day, professionally trained nurses conducted a comprehensive individualized assessment of the patients, aiming to understand the patients' health status, the impact of stroke, rehabilitation needs, and the type and severity of psychological symptoms. Then, based on the assessment results, a personalized transcendental meditation training plan was developed.
