了解影响夜班护士发生睡眠障碍的相关因素，心理资本与睡眠质量之间的关系，为改善夜班护士睡眠现状制定干预手段提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To comprehend the relevant factors influencing the occurrence of sleep disorders among night shift nurses and the relationship between psychological capital and sleep quality, thereby providing a foundation for formulating interventions aimed at ameliorating the current sleep conditions of night shift nurses.

1.进修或实习护士； 2.护士长等不参加倒夜班的护士。
