通过将黏液罗氏菌膜囊泡制剂应用于光化性唇炎患者来检测该制剂的干预治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Rothia mucilaginosa-derived membrane vesicles preparation by applying it to patients with actinic cheilitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、受试者有严重的其他口腔、皮肤疾病及全身系统性疾病； 2、正在或过去一个月内接受过唇炎药物、手术及激光治疗； 3、参加研究前一个月使用下列药物：激素类药物、免疫抑制药、抗组织胺药、抗生素、安定剂等； 4、有食品、药品、化妆品、益生菌制剂的过敏史或有特异质反应； 5、近一个月内参加过其他临床试验； 6、有吸烟、咀嚼槟榔及口香糖、饮酒等不良习惯。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participants have other severe oral, skin, or systemic diseases; 2. Currently or within the past month, received cheilits medications, surgery, or laser therapy; 3. Within one month before participating in the study, use of the following medications: hormonal medications, immunosuppressants, antihistamines, antibiotics, sedatives, etc; 4. A history of allergies to food, medications, cosmetics, or probiotic preparations, or a history of idiosyncratic reactions; 5. Participation in other clinical trials within the past month; 6. Habits of smoking, betel nut chewing, gum chewing, or alcohol consumption.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

患者纳入研究时及时检测评估并完成病例记录表，试验数据将上传至临床试验公共管理平台ResMan进行管理，原始数据将上传至Figshare进行公开。

Upon patient enrollment, immediately testing and evaluation will be conducted, and the case report form will be completed.
