研究目的:

本研究旨在观察微旁流式PETCO₂监测应用于无痛取卵的患者之中,通过观察PETCO₂值及波形来监测患者通气状况,提早预警不良呼吸事件以及早实施干预。通过研究观察无痛取卵术中增加PETCO₂监测是否可以提高患者的麻醉安全性,以及能否提升手术医生对麻醉满意度,从而改善门诊无痛取卵患者在手术室外麻醉的诊治生态,并推广应用。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to investigate the application of micro-stream PETCO₂ monitoring in patients undergoing painless oocyte retrieval. By observing PETCO₂ values and waveforms, the study seeks to assess patients' ventilation status, provide early warnings of adverse respiratory events, and enable timely interventions. The research will evaluate whether the addition of PETCO₂ monitoring during painless oocyte retrieval can enhance anesthesia safety for patients and improve surgeons' satisfaction with anesthesia. Ultimately, the study aims to optimize the perioperative management of outpatient painless oocyte retrieval outside the operating room and promote its broader application.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.严重的心、肺、肾等脏器功能不全者; 2.有神经、精神类疾病者; 3.术前SpO2<95%; 4.预估困难气道;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, lungs, or kidneys; 2. Patients with neurological or psychiatric disorders; 3. Preoperative SpO₂ < 95%; 4. Predicted difficult airway.
