研究目的:

通过对子前期组、胎盘植入组、正常妊娠组胎盘组织进行多组学联合分析(转录组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学),挖掘差异基因、差异蛋白、差异代谢物,通过分析其相关性构建基因调控网络,全面探索生物分子之间的调控及因果关系,揭示滋养细胞侵袭异常在子痫前期及胎盘植入中的发病机制。为疾病早期诊断、亚型分类、精准治疗、预后评估、治疗效果监测方面提供提供实验支持,指明新的方向。  

Objectives of Study:

Through multi-omics joint analysis (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) of placental tissues in the pre-subnatal group, placenta accreta group and normal pregnancy group, the differential genes, differential proteins and differential metabolites were excavated, and the gene regulatory network was constructed by analyzing their correlations, so as to comprehensively explore the regulation and causal relationship between biomolecules, and reveal the pathogenesis of abnormal trophoblast invasion in preeclampsia and placenta accreta. It provides experimental support for early diagnosis, subtype classification, precision treatment, prognosis evaluation, and treatment effect monitoring, and points out a new direction.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

具有以下之一情况之一者将被排除: 1、高血压、糖尿病、心脏病、肾病、系统性红斑狼疮等原发性慢性内科、免疫系统、恶性肿瘤、神经精神病史; 2、急慢性感染性疾病及胎儿染色体异常或发育畸形等妊娠合并症病史。 3、排除胎膜早破、羊水过多或过少、胎盘早剥等妊娠合并症; 4、通过辅助生殖技术受孕的个体; 5、双胎及多胎; 6、孕龄<18岁; 7、胎龄<24周。

Exclusion criteria:

Those with one of the following conditions will be excluded: 1. History of primary chronic internal medicine, immune system, malignant tumors, and neuropsychiatric diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and systemic lupus erythematosus; 2. History of acute and chronic infectious diseases and pregnancy complications such as fetal chromosomal abnormalities or developmental malformations. 3. Exclude pregnancy complications such as premature rupture of membranes, polyhydramnios or too little amniotic fluid, and placental abruption; 4. Individuals conceived through assisted reproductive technology; 5. Twins and multiple births; 6. Gestational age< 18 years old; 7. Gestational age< 24 weeks.
