研究目的：

研发一种效率高、成本低、适于临床普及应用的牙支持式多源数据融合种植导板椅旁数字辅助技术，建立临床规范操作流程，完成初步临床种植体植入精度验证  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a high-efficiency, low-cost, tooth-supported chair-side multi-source data fusion implant guide technology for clinical application,establish an efficient workflow for design and production of the implant guide and evaluate the accuracy of implant placement.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

服用抗凝药物导致凝血功能障碍的药物；存在心理/精神障碍的患者；张口度小无法进行导板引导手术操作；牙周病未控制；邻牙牙体疾病未治疗；妊娠或哺乳期妇女；吸烟>10支/天

Exclusion criteria：

Eating anticoagulant drugs that cause coagulation dysfunction; patients with psychosomatic/psychiatric disorders; small mouth opening; uncontrolled periodontal disease; untreated tooth diseases; pregnancy or lactation women;Smoking more than 10 cigarettes/day

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。 电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively.After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
