研究目的：

针对致密性白内障患者，采用扫频源光学相干断层扫描（SS-OCT）设备，当眼轴测量出现低信号质量时，评估散瞳对测量参数的影响，并探讨散瞳后所得参数是否可用于人工晶状体度数。  

Objectives of Study：

For patients with dense cataract, scanning source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) equipment was used to evaluate the influence of mydriasis on the measurement parameters when low signal quality appeared in the axial measurement of the eye, and to explore whether the parameters obtained after mydriasis could be used for IOL

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：排除SS-OCT生物测量仪出现绿色标记，意味着良好的信号质量；排除严重混浊白内障，不能测量出眼轴数值；排除角膜混浊、玻璃体视网膜疾病、黄斑部疾病等影响光线穿透的疾病；排除患者固视不佳，检查配合不佳等。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Exclude SS-OCT biometers with green markings, indicating good signal quality; exclude severe cataracts that the AL could not be measured; exclude diseases that affect light penetration such as corneal opacity, vitreoretinal diseases, macular diseases, etc.; exclude patients with poor fixation and poor cooperation during examination.
