Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effectiveness and safety of ultrasound-guided acupuncture of the sphenopalatine ganglion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①患有严重及危重的全身性疾病及精神疾病者；②近期曾行各类鼻腔手术或颅面及鼻内具有解剖学结构异常者；③2周内有其他呼吸系统疾病者；④具有出血倾向或凝血功能障碍者；⑤1周内曾使用类固醇及抗组胺制剂、抗组胺药、抗生素、减充血剂等的患者；⑥对针灸针过敏、畏惧针刺治疗、精神高度紧张或易晕针者；⑦不能理解或配合完成评估量表者，不提供真实信息者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with severe and critical systemic and mental illnesses; 2.Individuals who have recently undergone various nasal surgeries or have anatomical abnormalities in craniofacial and nasal structures; 3.Individuals with other respiratory system diseases within 2 weeks; 4.Individuals with bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction; 5.Patients who have used steroids, antihistamines, antihistamines, antibiotics, decongestants, etc. within one week; 6.Those who are allergic to acupuncture and moxibustion needles, afraid of acupuncture treatment, highly nervous or prone to faintness; 7.Those who cannot understand or cooperate in completing the assessment scale, and those who do not provide truthful information.
