研究目的：

1 搭建多中心、大样本胆道恶性肿瘤的临床专病库。 2 采集大量同病种病例后，发现不同分期分型胆道恶性肿瘤病人手术方式与术 后生存期之间的不确定性因果关系;病理指标与术后生存期之间的不确定性因果 关系;病理指标对术后生存期的影响权重;建立胆道恶性肿瘤手术优化选择及预 后精确判断的数学模型。 3 进一步通过随机森林、深度学习等技术，反馈至临床，收集更多数据加以调 整，完善模型，以促进此类病人的精准治疗，改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a multi-center, large-scale clinical biliary malignancy database. 2. Collecting a large number of cases dignosed with cholangiocarcinoma or gallbladder carcinoma, identify the relationship between surgical method and postoperative survival of different stage biliary malignancies; the uncertainty between the pathological parameters and the postoperative survival.Demonstrate the influence of pathological parameters on the postoperative survival period; establish a mathematical model for surgical optimisation and accurate prognosis of biliary malignancies. 3. Further through random forests, deep learning and other techniques, feedback to the clinic, collect more data to adjust, improve the model, in order to promote the precise treatment and improve the prognosis of patients.

根据肿瘤分期、分型，结合术者经验，采取合适的手术方式

Operate the appropriate surgical approach according to tumor stage, classification, combined with the surgeon's experience,  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)病理学检查为胆囊癌或胆管癌以外，其他类型或病理学诊断不明 确的患者; (2)非原发性胆囊癌或胆管癌患者; (3)合并其他恶性肿瘤患者; (4) 合并远处转移(M1 期)的患者; (5) 未行根治性切除的胆囊癌或胆管癌患者; (7) 缺乏明确的阳性淋巴结数目及淋巴结转移位置记录的患者; (8)术后随 访资料不全; (9)术后 30 d 内死亡患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other types or pathological diagnoses other than gallbladder cancer or cholangiocarcinoma; (2) patients with non-primary gallbladder or cholangiocarcinoma;
(3) patients with other malignant tumors;
(4) Patients with distant metastasis (M1 stage);
(5) Patients with gallbladder cancer or cholangiocarcinoma without radical resection;
(6) Patients with a definite number of positive lymph nodes and lymph node metastases;
(7) Follow-up data were incomplete after surgery;
(8) Patients died within 30 days after surgery.
