研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨Cv-aCO2/Ca-vO2联合Pv-aCO2与感染性休克患者预后之间的关系。此外，次要目标是探索这两个参数与舌下微循环参数之间的关系，以全面评估宏观和微观血流动力学之间的关联，最终指导更有效和个性化的感染性休克患者复苏策略。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the relationship between Cv-aCO2/Ca-vO2 combined with Pv-aCO2 and the outcomes of patients with septic shock. Additionally, a secondary objective is to explore the relationship between these two parameters and sublingual microcirculation parameters to comprehensively evaluate the association between macro- and micro-hemodynamics, ultimately guiding more effective and individualized resuscitation strategies for septic shock patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇； 2.合并有严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病者； 3.限制治疗努力者； 4.既往3个月内发生过脓毒症或感染性休克者； 5.合并有恶性肿瘤者； 6.合并有严重肝硬化（Child-Pugh C型）者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients complicated with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 3. Patients with restricted treatment efforts; 4. Patients with a history of sepsis or septic shock within the previous 3 months; 5. Patients complicated with malignant tumors; 6. Patients complicated with severe liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh Class C).
