本研究旨在评价基于计划行为理论的微信平台对老年COPD患者运动训练依从性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of WeChat platform based on planning behavior theory on exercise training compliance in elderly patients with COPD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有神经或关节疾病，影响运动者； 2.患有精神疾病或严重认知功能缺陷的； 3.有其他严重合并症或生命体征不稳定不能运动者； 4.不能接受电话随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with nerve or joint diseases that affect exercise; 2. Suffering from mental illness or severe cognitive deficits; 3. Those who have other serious comorbidities or unstable vital signs and cannot exercise; 4. Telephone follow-up is not acceptable.
