Objectives of Study：

Observing the changes in blood glucose levels of patients under the management mode of rural doctors through the intelligent platform Blood Glucose One Net data

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加试验的患者； 2.有严重的心、脑、肺、肝、肾和代谢疾病病史者； 3.有严重听力障碍、精神障碍，无法自主配合研究者; 4.有严重的糖尿病相关并发症者以及其 他严重疾病或恶性肿瘤者; 5.中途退出本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who refuse to participate in the trial; 2. Those with a history of severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; 3. Those who have severe hearing impairment or mental impairment and are unable to cooperate with the researcher independently; 4. Patients with serious diabetes-related complications and other serious diseases or malignant tumors; 5. Withdraw from this study halfway.

选择 124 例符合入组的患者，患者按照入组的先后顺序，再依照随机化方法利用专业统计软件产生的分组随机号依次进入各试验组，不得跳号或自主选择药物。确定入组患者的组别后（实验组或对照组）
