研究目的：

1.研究总PUFA、n-6 PUFA、n-3 PUFA及其比例（n-6 PUFA/ n-3 PUFA）对肺癌发生风险的影响，为肺癌的预防和控制提供科学依据。 2.初步探索出膳食多不饱和脂肪酸对肺癌发生的可能作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To study the effects of total PUFA, n-6 PUFA, n-3 PUFA and their ratio (n-6 PUFA/ n-3 PUFA) on the risk of lung cancer, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of lung cancer. 2.The possible mechanism of dietary polyunsaturated fatty acids on the occurrence of lung cancer was preliminarily explored.

由重庆市疾病预防控制中心工作人员采用整群抽样法，在重庆医科大学附属第三医院胸外科接受手术治疗的新发肺癌患者，以及在重庆市南岸区和潼南区随机抽取的多个社区中，由当地基层医疗机构通过重庆市肿瘤登记系统招募的社区肺癌患者。

The newly diagnosed lung cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected by the staff of Chongqing Center for Disease Control and Prevention using cluster sampling method, as well as the community lung cancer patients recruited by local primary medical institutions through Chongqing tumor registration system from a number of randomly selected communities in Nanan District and Tongnan District of Chongqing.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

一、病例记录表（Case Record Form, CRF） 基本信息模块 社会人口学特征：包含居住地、出生日期、婚姻状况、受教育程度、职业等。 卫生学特征：包括疾病史、家族史。 生活习惯：包括吸烟、饮酒、饮茶等情况。新发肺癌病例收集信息为患病前的生活习惯。 经济状况：本调查通过询问家庭一年总收入来反应调查对象的经济状况。 膳食信息模块：半定量食物频率问卷：12大类共119种食物的食用频率（从“从不或很少”到“每天3次及以上”八个类别）以及每次食用相当于份重的倍数 血液指标采集：通过查询居民电子健康档案、体检报告等资料，收集调查对象距本次问卷调查前一年最近的一次血液指标信息，同时收集肺癌患者的患病信息（确诊时间、分期、分型等），与血液指标信息一同填写在Excel表中。 二、电子采集与管理系统（Electronic Data Capture, EDC） 数据录入与存储: 工具：使用 Excel 表格结构化存储数据，包含病例组与对照组的基本信息、膳食数据、血液指标及疾病特征。 逻辑验证：通过预定义公式自动识别能量摄入异常值（男性＜800 或＞4200kcal/d，女性＜600 或＞3500kcal/d）并标记。 质量控制流程:双人双录入EpiData系统，双录入核查：关键数据（如食物摄入量、血液指标）由双人独立录入并比对，确保一致性。 缺失值处理：缺失项通过二次回访或删除无效记录处理。 隐私保护：匿名化处理研究对象个人信息，限制数据访问权限。 数据分析与管理: 统计软件：采用多因素Logistic回归分析总PUFA、n-6 PUFA、n-3 PUFA及其比例（n-6 PUFA/ n-3 PUFA）与肺癌发生风险的关系；应用中介分析或Pearson相关性分析膳食多不饱和脂肪酸是否通过炎症对肺癌发生产生作用。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Case Record Form (CRF) Basic information module Sociodemographic characteristics: include place of residence, date of birth, marital status, education level, occupation, etc. Hygiene characteristics: including disease history, family history. Lifestyle: including smoking, drinking, tea and so on. Information on new cases of lung cancer was collected on lifestyle habits before the disease. Economic status: This survey reflects the economic status of the respondents by asking their total annual household income. Dietary information module: Semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire: frequency of consumption of 119 foods in 12 major categories (eight categories ranging from "never or rarely" to "3 times a day or more") and multiple of the equivalent portion weight per serving Collection of blood indicators: By inquiring residents' electronic health records, physical examination reports and other data, the latest blood indicator information of the respondents was collected one year before the questionnaire survey. Meanwhile, the disease information of lung cancer patients (diagnosis time, stage, type, etc.) was collected and filled in the Excel table together with the blood indicator information. 2. Electronic Data Capture and Management system (EDC) Data entry and storage: Tools: Use Excel tables to store structured data, including basic information, dietary data, blood markers and disease characteristics of case and control groups. Logical verification: Energy intake outliers (< 800 or > 4200kcal/d for men and < 600 or > 3500kcal/d for women) are automatically identified and labeled by a predefined formula. Quality control process: double input EpiData system, double input verification: key data (such as food intake, blood indicators) are independently input and compared by two people to ensure consistency. Missing value processing: Missing items are processed by a second return visit or deleting invalid records. Privacy protection: Personal information of research subjects is anonymized and data access is restricted. Data analysis and Management: Statistical software: Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between total PUFA, n-6 PUFA, n-3 PUFA and their ratio (n-6 PUFA/ n-3 PUFA) and the risk of lung cancer. Mediation analysis or Pearson correlation was used to analyze whether dietary polyunsaturated fatty acids played a role in the development of lung cancer through inflammation.
