研究目的：

研究正常体重和超重/肥胖MASH患者的遗传、代谢指标、血清和组织代谢组学、蛋白质组学/磷酸化蛋白质组学特征；并比较正常体重及超重/肥胖MASH患者的全因死亡率和死因差别。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the genetic, metabolic, metabolomic, proteomic/phosphoproteomic features of lean and overweight/obese MASH patients; and to compare the long-term mortality and causes of death between lean and overweight/obese MASH patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.过量饮酒（过量酒精摄入量定义为男性每周摄入>210克，女性每周摄入>140克）; 2.除MASLD/MASH以外的肝病（包括乙型或丙型肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎等）; 3.使用保肝药，如水飞蓟素和磷脂酰胆碱。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Excessive alcohol consumption (excessive alcohol intake is defined as > 210 grams per week for men and >140 grams per week for women); 2. Liver diseases other than MASLD/MASH (including hepatitis B or C, autoimmune hepatitis, etc.); 3. Use hepatoprotective drugs such as silymarin and phosphatidylcholine.
