Objectives of Study：

To determine the clinical, functional, and radiological results of bed rest in nonsurgical treatment for patients with OVCF.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）药物和内科疾病所致的骨质疏松症；（2）暴力伤；（3）脊柱原发性肿瘤或转移瘤所致的病理性骨折；（4）感染性疾病；（5）不能行走或者不能独立完成问卷等

Exclusion criteria：

The patients with violence injury, osteoporosis caused by drugs or medical disease, pathological fractures caused by primary vertebral tumor or vertebral metastasis, or infectious disease were excluded. And patients who were difficult to walk or unable to fill out questionnaires independently were excluded
