研究目的：

1.保证不影响手术情况下，探讨合适的呼吸管理模式，减少镇静镇痛过程中呼吸抑制影响。 2.明确右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼在局麻CT引导下三叉神经半月神经节球囊压迫术术中的效果、安全性及可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Explore appropriate respiratory management strategies to minimize the impact of respiratory depression during sedation and analgesia while ensuring no interference with the surgical procedure. 2.Determine the efficacy, safety, and feasibility of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil for percutaneous balloon compression of the trigeminal ganglion under CT guidance with local anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 不能配合手术的患者 2: 继发性三叉神经痛患者 3: 伴严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能异常者 4: 对于镇痛药物过敏患者 5: ASA 分级＞Ⅲ级

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients unable to cooperate with the procedure 2: Patients with secondary trigeminal neuralgia 3: Patients with severe dysfunction of major organs (e.g., cardiac, hepatic, renal) 4: Patients allergic to analgesic medications 5: ASA class >III
