研究目的：

探讨颊针疗法辅助治疗长期使用苯二氮卓类药物减停的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of buccal needle therapy in the treatment of long-term benzodiazepine drug withdrawal.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)无法配合完成治疗者； (2)心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭、肝、肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤等严重系统性疾病； (3)过敏体质或研究药物过敏； (4)呼吸暂停综合征等器质性疾病； (5)星状神经节阻滞或颊针施针部位感染、皮肤破损、有头颈部明显外伤手术史； (6血小板减少低于50×10^9/L、凝血功能障碍、服用抗凝血药物； (7)有酗酒、嗑药导致的精神症状失常者； (8)有妊娠或哺乳期患者； (9)合并精神分裂症、情感障碍、严重抑郁、神经症等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who are unable to cooperate with the completion of treatment; (2) Heart failure, respiratory failure, liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors and other serious systemic diseases; (3) Allergies or allergies to study drugs; (4) Apnea syndrome and other organic diseases; (5) Infection at the site of stellate ganglion block or buccal needle application, skin breakage, and history of obvious head and neck trauma; (6) Thrombocytopenia less than 50×10^9/L, coagulation dysfunction, taking anticoagulant drugs; (7) Those with mental disorders caused by alcohol abuse and drug abuse; (8) Patients who are pregnant or lactating; (9) Combined with schizophrenia, affective disorders, severe depression, neurosis, etc.
