研究目的：

通过回顾性测量术前患者牙槽骨及软组织相关特征，并进行种植同期颊侧引导性骨再生，通过cbct追踪随访牙槽骨变化至术后3年，以明确鼻-唇-颌骨张力复合体对前牙伴骨缺损的引导性骨再生手术效果是否有决定性意义。  

Objectives of Study：

By retrospectively measuring the preoperative alveolar bone and soft tissue characteristics of patients and performing guided bone regeneration (GBR) on the buccal side simultaneously with implant placement, this study tracked and followed up on alveolar bone changes using CBCT up to 3 years postoperatively. The aim was to determine whether the naso-labio-maxillary tension complex has a decisive impact on the outcomes of guided bone regeneration in cases of anterior tooth loss accompanied by bone defects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重吸烟者（>10 支 /d）；
2.牙周病未得到控制者；
3.患有未得到控制的全身性疾病。
4.长期使用激素类药物；
5.面部放射治疗史。
6.使用影响骨代谢的药物，如磷酸盐类；
7.怀孕期、哺乳期或 1 年内有怀孕计划的妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

1. smokers (>10 cigarettes/d),; 2. Individuals with uncontrolled periodontal disease; 3. patients with uncontrolled diabetes; 4. Long-term use of hormonal medications; 5. Patients who have previously undergone facial radiation therapy; 6. Using drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as phosphates. 7. pregnant, lactating females or Women planning to become pregnant within the next year.within a year;

Measure method：

Select a sagittal section that passes through the center of the implant and displays the maximum diameter of the implant. Based on the implant's long axis (a), two points are selected on the buccal side of the implant: 2 mm below the implant shoulder (P1) and 8 mm below the implant shoulder (P2). A line perpendicular to the implant's long axis (a) is drawn to the buccal bone plate, and the measured distance represents the horizontal thickness of the buccal alveolar bone.
