研究目的：

30年以来，白内障超声乳化手术日益成熟，已经成为白内障手术的金标准1–3。白内障手术已经从复明手术过渡到屈光性白内障手术，同时患者对于术中安全性、术后视觉质量（如术源性高阶像差、术源性玻璃体混浊、术源性黄斑前膜等）以及尽可能低的术源性散光（SIA）的期望值也日益提高。而上述问题的出现与白内障手术切口密切相关，如何减少或解决这些问题，改变手术切口至关重要。白内障超声乳化术常见的切口类型包括透明角膜切口和巩膜隧道切口。近年来的研究表明，透明角膜切口（CCI）因其更好的适用性4和较少的术后炎症5而被广泛采用；相比较而言，巩膜隧道切口因其经巩膜隧道切口行超声乳化难度相对较大6而被逐渐减少使用率。  

Objectives of Study：

Over the past 30 years, phacoemulsification cataract surgery (PHACO) has undergone significant advancements, becoming the gold standard for cataract treatment[1–3]. Cataract surgery has evolved from a vision-restoring procedure to a refractive cataract surgery, with patients' expectations regarding intraoperative safety, enhanced postoperative visual quality (including concerns about surgically induced higher-order aberrations, vitreous opacity, and epiretinal macular membranes), and minimized surgically induced astigmatism (SIA). These concerns are closely related to the types of incisions employed in cataract surgery. Therefore, modifying the surgical incision is essential to addressing and mitigating these issues.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往蚕食性角膜炎或者边缘性角膜炎等角膜缘变性变薄的患者； 2.眼外伤史； 3.不能耐受局部麻醉而不能配合手术的； 4.眼球震颤； 5.其他白内障超声乳化手术禁忌症； 6.既往有或玻璃体视网膜手术、翼状胬肉切除术或者角膜屈光手术等眼部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of rodent corneal ulcer or peripheral ulcerative keratitis or other conditions associated with limbal thining; 2. History of ocular trauma; 3. Patients unable to tolerate local anesthesia or cooperate with surgery; 4. congenital nystagmus; 5. Other Contraindications of phacoemulsification cataract surgery; 6. History of vitreoretinal surgery, pterygium excision, keratorefractive surgery, or other ocular surgeries.
