探究右美托咪定是否具有改善孤独症儿童全麻术后认知功能和行为的作用

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether dexmedetomidine can improve cognitive function and behavior of autistic children after general anesthesia

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

自闭症儿童： 1）伴有其他严重心、肺、肾等躯体疾病； 2）三月内接受过全身麻醉； 3）对Dex过敏； 4）48 h内使用过其他镇静药物； 5）心动过缓； 6）呼吸道感染; 7）任何对试验方案理解困难、不能按照试验方案进行随访者正常儿童： 1）伴有其他严重心、肺、肾等躯体疾病； 2）三月内接受过全身麻醉； 3）对Dex过敏； 4）48 h内使用过其他镇静药物； 5）心动过缓； 6）呼吸道感染; 7）任何对试验方案理解困难、不能按照试验方案进行随访者

Exclusion criteria：

Children with autism: 1) accompanied by other serious heart, lung, kidney and other physical diseases; 2) Received general anesthesia within three months; 3) Allergic to Dex; 4) Other sedatives have been used within 48 hours; 5) bradycardia; 6) Respiratory infection; 7) Any person who has difficulty in understanding the test plan and cannot follow the test plan Normal children: 1) accompanied by other serious heart, lung, kidney and other physical diseases; 2) Received general anesthesia within three months; 3) Allergic to Dex; 4) Other sedatives have been used within 48 hours; 5) bradycardia; 6) Respiratory infection; 7) Any person who has difficulty in understanding the test plan and cannot follow the test plan
