研究目的：

本研究聚焦于管饲患者管理的问题和需求，通过文献研究法和专家小组会议，形成管饲管理知识库，为后期开发交互式智能问答系统进行健康教育指导奠定理论基础，以期提高患者及其照护者的知识水平，预防并发症的发生，从而提升照护者护理质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on the issues and needs in the management of tube-fed patients. Through literature review and expert panel meetings, a knowledge base for tube feeding management is developed, laying a theoretical foundation for the subsequent development of an interactive intelligent question-answering system to provide health education. The goal is to enhance the knowledge level of patients and their caregivers, prevent complications, and ultimately improve the quality of care provided by caregivers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者排除标准：（1）患者合并心肝肾功能衰竭。 2.照护者排除标准：（1）照护者语言表达不清，沟通障碍、听力障碍；（2）存在器质性疾病或精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion criteria for patients: (1) Patients with concurrent heart, liver or kidney failure. 2. Caregiver exclusion criteria: (1) The caregiver has unclear language expression, communication disorders, or hearing impairments; (2) There are organic diseases or mental disorders.

在常规出院宣教的基础上，对照护者交互式智能问答系统对患者进行健康指导，患者可以自主咨询相关疾病知识或问题，该系统会提供智能化回答。系统后台自动记录咨询的问题和次数。

采用常规出院宣教，根据患者及其照护者的实际情况给予适当健康指导，研究者作为随访人员，根据所留下的联系方式，每周五电话随访1次，共随访4次，并根据患者和照护者的实际情况给予适当指导。
