研究的目标是比较在择期心脏手术后，接受术前物理康复服务（治疗）或未接受术前物理康复服务（常规护理）的预衰弱和衰弱成人的长期累积生存率和住院率，并将其与香港普通人群进行比较。

The objectives of the study are to compare the long-term cumulative survival rates and hospital admissions after elective cardiac surgery in prefrail and frail adults who were randomized to either physical prehabilitation (treatment) or no physical prehabilitation (usual care) relative to the Hong Kong general population

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This is a retrospective study using information collected from the Hospital Authority Clinical Management System, with no contact with patients. The data will be kept confidential in secure offices of the Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care for seven years. Only group data will be published.
