研究目的：

旨在实施维持性血液透析并肌少症患者透析前有氧联合抗阻运动干预方案，探讨该方案对患者透析充分性、肌肉量、肌肉力量、生活质量等指标的改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To implement the intervention program of aerobic combined anti-resistance exercise before dialysis for patients with maintenance hemodialysis and sarcopenia, and to explore the effect of this program on dialysis adequacy, muscle mass, muscle strength, quality of life, inflammation, nutrition and other indicators.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.并存心衰，恶性肿瘤，脊柱、关节疾病，或严重的下肢血栓不能完成运动; 2.透析前收缩压≥180mmHg，舒张压≥100mmHg； 3.严重的肾性骨营养不良。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concomitant heart failure, malignant tumor, spine, joint disease, or severe lower extremity thrombosis; 2. Systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg and diastolic blood pressure >=100mmHg before dialysis; 3. Severe renal osteodystrophy.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

利用随机数生成工具Excel生成一个包含每个受试者编号的随机数字序列，确定原始随机数后进行非均等分组（33:67），对照组（n=33），试验组（n=67），此分组方案确保24周干预结束后试验组的参与人数不少于31人，同时考虑到对照组可能出现的转院、死亡情况。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random number generating tool Excel was used to generate a random number sequence containing the number of each subject. After determining the original random number, the group was divided into unequal groups (33:67), control group (n=33) and experimental group (n=67). This grouping scheme ensured that the number of participants in the experimental group was not less than 31 after the end of the 24-week intervention. At the same time, the possible transfer and death of the control group were considered.
