目标1:以ASD早期患病的“五不”行为标记为主要理论依据,拟建立ASD高危婴幼儿的0-3岁的出生队列,明确ASD在自然情景中的早期患病核心和关键语音和行为标记。 目标2:依托本中心大数据的优势,拟开展基于人工智能的自然情景行为辅助诊断研究,研发基于人工智能的ASD早期筛查、客观检测和量化评估的有效性和准确性研究,建立ASD的人工智能辅助诊断模型。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Objective 1: Based on the "five nos" behavioral markers of ASD in the early stage of ASD, it is planned to establish a birth cohort of infants and young children aged 0-3 years old in high-risk ASD to clarify the core and key speech and behavior markers of ASD in the early stage of ASD in natural situations. Objective 2: Relying on the advantages of big data in the center, it is planned to carry out AI-based research on natural situational behavior-assisted diagnosis, research on the effectiveness and accuracy of AI-based ASD early screening, objective detection and quantitative evaluation, and establish an AI-assisted diagnosis model for ASD. |

Exclusion criteria: |
Rett syndrome (a rare type of autism spectrum disorder with a very poor prognosis and usually early death), intellectual disability due to various secondary brain injuries, fragile X syndrome, tuberous sclerosis, phenylketonuria, schizophrenia, Angelman syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, autism with physical disability. |
