To investigate the association between lactate to albumin ratio (LAR) and 28-day mortality in patients with sepsis and pulmonary infection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入 ICU时间＜24h；
2.怀孕、哺乳期人群；
3.乳酸和白蛋白数值有缺失的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. time of admission to ICU < 24h; 2. Pregnant and lactating people; 3. Patients with deficient lactate and albumin values;
