研究目的:

病毒感染为下呼吸道感染或者肺炎的最常见原因之一。近年来发现当病毒性肺炎合并真菌感染或者侵袭性肺真菌病时会增加死亡率,使得患者的预后更差。宏基因组二代测序(metagenomic next-generation sequencing, mNGS)作为一种新型的检测病原体的方法,具有高度的敏感性,通过提取样本中的全部DNA或RNA,能够一次性检测出样本中的所有病原体。目前关于采用mNGS技术检测肺部感染的病原微生物的研究还较少。因此,本研究将于华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院住院治疗的病毒性肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用mNGS技术进行检测,将研究对象分为合并真菌感染组和不合并真菌感染组,分析病毒性肺炎合并真菌感染的临床特征及危险因素,以期提高对病毒性肺炎合并真菌感染的认识,为尽早发现并干预病毒性肺炎合并真菌感染提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Viral infections are one of the most common causes of lower respiratory tract infections or pneumonia. In recent years, it has been found that when viral pneumonia is combined with fungal infections or invasive pulmonary mycoses, the mortality rate increases and the prognosis of patients is worse. Metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS), as a novel pathogen detection method, is highly sensitive and can detect all pathogens in a sample at one time by extracting all the DNA or RNA in the sample. There are fewer studies on the detection of pathogenic microorganisms in lung infections using mNGS technology. Therefore, in this study, patients with viral pneumonia who were hospitalised at the Union Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were taken as the study subjects, and mNGS technology was used to detect them. The study subjects are divided into the group of combined fungal infections and the group of non-combined fungal infections. We analyse the clinical features and risk factors of viral pneumonia combined with fungal infections to improve the understanding of viral pneumonia combined with fungal infections and provide a basis for early detection and intervention of viral pneumonia combined with fungal infections.

2.临床资料不完整;
3.年龄小于18岁;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients have a combination of trauma or severe infectious disease elsewhere; 2. Incomplete clinical data; 3. Patients are younger than 18 years old.
